Abby DeSanto,
Guitarist & Voice:
Abby is thrilled to be
working with Commedia Beauregard on The Jeweler’s Shop as her
second official TC Theatre production. She is a recent graduate of
Viterbo University, in Lacrosse Wisconsin, where she recieved a BFA
in Theatre Performance; and since moving to the TC area, she has
also appeared in the 2006 Fringe Festival show 12 Dancing
Princesses
(Minnesota Shakespeare Project) and as Rosalind in As You Like It
(It’s About Time Theatre). She is most thankful to have this
opportunity to revisit music through the guitar, which was until
recently remained a private passion and hobby.
Clarence Wethern,
"Adam":
A native of New Orleans,
Clarence holds a B.A. in Theatre & Communications from Southeastern
Louisiana University. He performed extensively in Louisiana, and
since arriving in Minnesota near the end of 2005, he has worked with
nimbus theatre (Madmen and Specialists), Starting Gate
Productions (The Boys in the Band; P.S. Your Cat is Dead!),
ComedySportz (Minor League), and GTC Dramatic Dialogues.
Suzin
Hoagland,
"Teresa":
Suzin attended Winona
State University, where she studied theatre and performed in shows
including The Taming of the Shrew (Bianca). This summer she
played Agnes in
I Do! I Do! This play, The Jeweler’s Shop, is Suzin’s
first Commedia Beauregard production and her Twin Cities’ debut. She
is grateful for the kindness and lessons the cast and crew have
shown her. She would like to thank Mark, Megen, and her parents for
their constant support.
Christopher Kehoe,
"Andrew":
Toy Story while onstage. He stands on the love and support of
his family and friends. Christopher hopes you can cut through the
hype and come see him in that "other" Pope show at the University
this spring.
Kathryn Kupiecki,
"Anna":
Kathryn is excited to be
in her first show with Commedia Beauregard. She recently appeared in
Merchant of Venice with CalibanCo Theatre and in Baby with
the Bathwater
with Theatre Limina. She performs with the Mystery Café from time to
time, as well as in local films such as Better Left Alone.
Kathryn’s also worked with In the Basement Productions, nimbus
theatre, Gremlin Theatre, Starting Gate Productions, & The Cromulent
Shakespeare Company.
Brian Hesser,
"Stephen":
Brian received a
B.A. in Theatre Arts from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. He's been
acting around town the past two years with the likes of Cromulent
Shakespeare Company, Gremlin Theatre, Theatre Pro Rata, and Theatre
Unbound. Recently he has added Scenic Designer and Director to his
collection of hats, doing both for Cromulent, where he also serves
as a board member, and as a founding member of the newly formed
Behemoth Theatre Company.
Alan Stage,
"Christopher":
Alan is very excited to be
returning to the stage. Favorite roles include: "Valet" in No
Exit and "Charley" in Charley’s Aunt (Concordia
University); "Nels" in
I Remember Mama (Pioneer Theater Company); "Pharoah" in
Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Youth Performance
Company). He is currently completing his B.A. in Theatre at
Concordia University-St.Paul.
Jamie Dix,
"Monica":
Jamie was most recently seen in
the production of
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (narrator) with
Morris Park Players. She also was part of the Fringe Festival’s
production of 12 Dancing Princesses with MN Shakespeare
Project. Other Shows include: Criminal Hearts (Ata),
Western Civilization: The Complete Musical- Abridged (Dee), and
The Last Five Years (Cathy). She is very excited to be part
of this wonderful company for the first time! Enjoy the show!
